Delivery of inflatable units will be contingent on weather and wind conditions. We will not setup any unit if thunderstorms or high winds are expected. All units are safest to be placed on a soft yard, if this is not possible please inform us when you call to schedule the delivery so we can make the property arrangements. Our sand bags are more like boulder bags they weigh over 100 pounds each, which blows the suggested 45lb recommended weight out of the water, combined with 10inch steel stakes we are confident that our units are safely setup before your kiddos are ready to enjoy the best birthday party ever! All children and adults are to remove any sharp objects and shoes before entering unit. Eye Glasses and sunglasses can become flying projectiles that may injure someone, please place these in a safe location as well. Food and drink should not be permitted on the inflatables, in the event of accidental spill, simply rinse with water and soap if necessary. Our moon bounces and equipment are made from top quality manufacturers, some units may show signs of wear this is perfectly natural and does not affect the performance of the unit. We try to buy at least one new piece of equipment every year to add to our inventory, if we don’t have it we will put it on our list of demanded units and may purchase them in the near future, check back it may be in stock.
